Caminito Del Rey
I have had this hike booked for months. My reservation was for Tuesday, July 23. I woke up at dawn in Seville to catch the 7:40am train to El Chorro. I sat with another solo traveler, Maiko, from Japan.
When the hike began at 12:45pm, I was tired from the heat and from traveling all day. But I still really enjoyed Caminito del Rey and the experience of walking along the side of a cliff. This was once the most dangerous hike in the world, until renovations as recent as 2015. Now, it is quite the tourist attraction.

Beautiful 20 minute walk to get to the entrance
From here, the caminito was basically over. Hot and exhausted, another twenty minute walk (mostly uphill) back to the train station.
